Brunch time sketchin'

We were lucky enough to attend M. Wells' "pop-up" brunch served at Manducatis Rustica in Long Island City this past Saturday. To our surprise, it turned out to be an 8 (or 9?) course meal!

In between servings, I drew on our table's butcher paper--partly to document all the courses before they were chowed down, but mostly to remember all the great food I ate before I passed out under the table from all the great food I ate.

For the full run down of the menu (and more pics!), check out Joe DiStefano's article at the Edible Queens blog, World's Fare, herehttp://www.ediblecommunities.com/queens/856-m-wells-occupies-manducatis-rustica.htm

I look forward to M.Wells opening up again in the near future. If you haven't tried it yet, you NEED to...and SOON!
