The project was to create a toy vehicle. I based mine on the Jeepney--the Philippines' answer to mass transit coupled with crazy customization. Shown here is the final presentation piece as well as some brainstorming/development.

Grand Central Terminal, NYC










It was actually my first time ever visiting this place. Grand Central is smaller than I expected--from what I've seen on tv and in the movies. But with the hustle and bustle of everything going on, for more than a moment, it seemed larger than life...

Goals for February

Each month, I'm gonna set goals for myself just to keep the artwork moving along and (ideally) get better in the process. Here they are for this month:

-Do more gouache/watercolor landscapes and on-location painting
-Produce character designs
-Create full environment drawings and paintings

I'll post as I go along and update you in a month...
